The last three months have been almost completely overshadowed by Covid-19, the economic and social upheaval it has caused, and political unrest in a number of countries.
During these months our team has found itself in unprecedented circumstances. Fortunately, we have been able to continue GWPF’s work remotely, with our team working and communicating from home with very little disruption. In fact, we have published more papers, reports and videos and have organised more webinars during lockdown than at any other period!
I very much hope you have been enjoying our recent work. As always, I would be delighted to receive feedback from our readers and hear how the GWPF continues to play such a crucial role in the climate debates in Europe, North America and around the world.
We live in challenging times where radical activists are increasingly trying to stifle free speech and destroy the freedoms and achievements of the Enlightenment.
The GWPF is determined to resist and oppose this wave of unreason and intolerance. We will continue to provide our readers and supporters with reliable facts and trustworthy information together with thought-provoking comments – content that is increasingly hard to come by.
We continue to regularly encourage policymakers, journalists and the interested public to think beyond the pessimistic narrative on environmental alarm and limits to growth which currently hold a near monopoly.
